8 Secrets to Prospecting and Closing
8 Major Strategiess to Prospecting and Closing
'AM I A PROFESSIONAL OR AN ROOKIE? WHICH DO I WANT TO BE?'
Most people stay on an amateur level because they never receive the data from a mentor that has been in the ditchs and built a huge organization. I am going to share points out that I received from my mentor.
I'm hoping that you find them useful if you're cold-calling and prospecting off-line :
1a. 93% OF ALL COMMUNICATION IS NON-VERBAL. If i'm not fully convicted that this will change their lives.
1b. It comes across on the phonephone. It adds enthusiasm when communicating while reading a script.
They need to talk about themselves ; they could not care less about what you need or what you are calling about.
Core rapport is part of F.O.R.M. Knowing that they are selfish- I ask them key questions to FORM them so that they can talk about themselves.
EX : Oh, so you waitress. What type of a waitress? What is your job like?
Those questions Creates a fervent want in them.
3.
What type of Mechanic?
Keep them talking about themselves for 3 to five mins. Raise questions to find their interests, wants and goals, and then guide them to determine if this is actually going to be a match. Ask open-ended questions like : What do you like about your job? Really? Let me know more about that. 4. Be yourself and keen. Don't sound like a sports announcer or a network marketer!! Talk in the same tone that you call your best mate with when you've found something exciting and need to share with them.
Be real- Be you. Folks have made 6 & seven figures just being themselves. You do not need to be anyone else but YOU. Folks can sense that something is not right when you are not being yourself. Record yourself and see if you sound like you. Remember : if i'm comfortable, then they're ok with me!
Never use : Would you be Interested? NO!!!!! You're selling when you say this!! Study page X in your script book, and remember the words to use and the words NOT to use.
5a. Identify their Strengths, Interests, wishes, and Goals. Find this out. Concentrate on their sign and lead them to your product.
Market their needs in front of their face.
EX : so you will be ready to get out from under the MD that you can not stand.
5b. You need to talk to 100's of folks and listen to the Prospect and Close CD.
Have pressure in the NOW when booking appointments. they're going to forget about it. Urgency creates excitement and curiosity. They want to come to a decision right away. They desire it NOW! Use now as the option, not next week.
7. Lead deficit /not having enough folks to talk to. 25 dials = two talks x five days = 15 folks in 1 weeks time. It's in your voice and body language that claims, 'I am puny and in a weak position.'
Tip : if you're not leveraging your time with the internet- you must do 200 leads per week to keep your business moving forward and enables you to Master your skill.
150 leads per day is Full Time builder
50 leads per day is part time builder
It's YOU!
Tip : Use Phoneburner to help with your dials.
8. Master this ability. The fortune is in the chase up. Especially the major ones and your customers. Learn this art so they're forced to want to send you business.
